General
Displayed base prices are subject to change according to the complexity or difficulty of each individual piece.Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided if there is one. If not, the artist may take artistic liberties with the commission.The Artist may use different textured brushes, backgrounds, shading styles or even style on commissions.
If you’d like something specific (clean lines, certain kind of background/style) the Client must state this before-hand.The Artist tends to start and complete a commission in a single go, so WIPs will not be available unless client requests them beforehand.Completion time is usually within a month but may vary, please be patient. If circumstances arise that will affect the wait time, the client will be notified.Art can be completed quicker for a rush fee if necessary.The client must be 18+ for a NSFW commission. This is not only my policy but the law.
Payment
I accept only Paypal, Cashapp & Venmo at this time.Payments must be made upfront before commission is started.If Client states they will be getting a commission but stops communication without stating that they do not want to follow through or do not have funds, they will be Black Listed.
Revisions
Clients must not be vague and then expect edits to the final product.The Artist will charge a small revision fee; for any edits, at the fault of the client.The Artist will do any revisions; no cost, at their own fault.Large edits may include extra fees.
Refunds
If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the final stage they will not be issued a refund.The Artist will not give refunds on completed work. If you are unsatisfied I can offer changes to your commission.Only partial refund will be given if I have started work on your commission.The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to rude or inappropriate behavior. If this occurs the client will be Black Listed as well.

Artist's Rights
The Artist retains ALL rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise.The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and red-line pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.Upon completion of a commission the artist will send the high res file. The high res file is not to be re-uploaded to any site without credit.The Artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal.If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client. Client may remain anonymous on request before posting.The Client may not make prints of the artwork, or profit from the artwork beyond the resale of a physical original painting or drawing. The Client may resize or crop the artwork to be used non-commercially. The Client may not alter the artwork.For whatever reason, the artist is not to be mentioned as anonymous or private.The Artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Commissioner for other commissions or personal works.
